Dr. Bullock is currently an independent consultant. From 2002 to 2003, Dr. Bullock was a Senior Advisor for the Strategic Decisions Group, a management consulting firm. From 1993 to 2002, Dr. Bullock was a Senior Consultant at Arthur D. Little, Inc., concentrating on pharmaceutical and biotechnology R&D, and the fine and agricultural chemicals industry sectors.

From 1981 to 1993, Dr. Bullock served as Senior Vice President, Research Operations at Schering Plough Corporation in which capacity he was responsible for worldwide research, advanced over 30 novel compounds into clinical development in numerous therapeutic areas, and oversaw 5 successful registrations, including Claritin™ and Intron A™, that generated over $3-billion in annual sales. Prior to joining Schering, he was Director of the Metabolic Disease and CNS Research Laboratories at Abbott Laboratories.

Dr. Bullock serves on the Board of Directors for Array BioPharma Inc., Atherex Corp., GTC Biotherapeutics, and ARCA Discovery. He has also served as an advisor to venture capital firms such as Atlas Venture and PureTech Ventures LLC. Dr. Bullock received a B.S. in pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, an A.M. in organic chemistry from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Harvard University.
